Adv. Shruti is a dedicated legal professional with strong academic credentials and extensive experience in both litigation and non-litigation practices. She holds an LLB from Rizvi Law College, affiliated with Mumbai University (2009), and an LLM in Intellectual Property Laws from SNDT University (2012), building a solid foundation in legal principles and specialized expertise.

She began her professional journey with reputed firms such as United Legal Services and Vaidyasery, where she developed in-depth knowledge in trademark registration and prosecution. Her early exposure to Intellectual Property Law helped her gain practical insights into handling trademark matters effectively before the Trademark Registry.

In December 2012, she expanded her legal experience by working with Mr. Avinash Gokhale, where she handled a wide range of MACT matters, including applications under Sections 140 and 166, along with First Appeals, Second Appeals, and Writ Petitions. This phase strengthened her litigation skills and courtroom experience.

With the establishment of Gokhale and Associates in 2017, she further pursued her passion for Intellectual Property Law, focusing on trademark filings and prosecution. Demonstrating leadership and vision, she established the Jogeshwari Branch Office in 2021, where she currently heads the non-litigation practice, providing strategic and reliable legal solutions to her clients.
